House Rules
This house is made for mid-term stays (30days+). Please treat it as if it were your own home. I will do anything I can to help make your stay more comfortable. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me for anything.
For any bookings 7 days out, I require a minimum 3 night stay. For two weeks out, I require a minimum 5 night stay. Anything over two weeks, I require a 28 night stay.

Clint was an excellent host, highly responsive and attentive throughout my stay. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very safe and secure.
It was spacious with plenty of fresh towels and bedsheets provided, making it feel comfortable and homey. The only small thing missing was a hair dryer, but when I mentioned it, Clint immediately went out, bought a new one, and left it at the front door within an hour. That level of care and quick action really stood out!
I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Mi familia y yo nos alojamos en la casa de Clint porque buscamos un alojamiento cercano al estadio de los Cowboys ya que asistimos al partido de Thanksgiving vs Kansas City, necesitábamos un lugar espacioso y cómodo ya que nuestros hijos iban con nosotros. Clint’s home was so spacious. Even with a 1 year old and 2 year old there was enough space for everyone to relax. The office space was great and even had a dual screen.
